My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, very central and convenient, but the room wasn't ready until late in the day, and it was uncomfortably hot being in the attic near the kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful, although a bit understaffed. The dining experience was mediocre, but the hotel facilities were decent.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location was excellent, right between the old and new town areas, making it convenient to explore Heidelberg. The rooms were a bit hot during the summer due to the tram station and lacked blackout curtains, leading to some street noise.
